If your package is lost, or has been stolen please contact us via email brittnicole@thebrittnicole.com & USPS. We will try our best to help you find your package in this situation but we are NOT responsible for any lost/stolen packages.
If you receive a damaged product, please send a photo of the damage item within 48 hours of receiving your package. This allows us to process your claim quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, any claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted. Send photo, with your order number to: Brittnicole@thebrittnicole.com
Please allow 24hours for a response.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any cosmetic products, including makeup and skincare items. Once a product has been opened or used, it can no longer be resold, and we cannot guarantee the safety or quality of returned items.
We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and ingredients before purchasing. If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to contact us via email before placing your order.

Please allow a 3-5 day processing time before your order is shipped out. This does not include weekends or holidays. We will email you when your order is received and again once your order is shipped. If you haven't received your order confirmation or tracking number please check your spam folder.
Tracking numbers will be sent to the email provided when checking out.
So please make sure to double check your email for any spelling errors.
