Cancellation Policy

At Skin Boss, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all our clients and maintain the efficiency of our services, we have established the following policy: 1. Cancellation and Deposits: All appointments require a deposit to secure your booking. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. In this case, you can transfer your deposit to another available date. We will reach out to you once your appointment is confirmed for the required deposit. 2. Late Cancellation: If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled service, you will forfeit your deposit entirely. To reschedule a late cancellation, you will be required to make a new deposit. 3. Late Arrival: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can cause delays, but we kindly request that you arrive promptly for your appointment and/or be on time for home services. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a "no-show." Same policy applies with at home services.
