Shipping within the USA

 We currently offer free shipping on orders $50+.

Order Processing Time

Please allow a 3-5 day processing time before your order is shipped out within the USA.
Please allow a 7-14 processing time for Canada & the United Kingdom.


We will email you when your order is placed/received & sent out. We also provide a tracking number so that you can stalk the postman! Tracking numbers will be sent to the email provided when checking out. So please make sure to double check your email for any spelling errors.



PLEASE NOTE: 
If your package is lost, or has been stolen please contact us & USPS. We will try out best to help in this situation but we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.

 

International Shipping

Currently, we offer shipping to Canada & the United Kingdom. Free Shipping on orders $130+

Business Days & Holidays

All of our orders process & ship Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Please understand that packages do not ship out on weekends or the following US holidays:

Damaged Product?

1. Reach out to us! Email a very clear photo of the damages to brittnicole@thebrittnicole.com
2. Be sure to include your order number. So that we can identify who you are.
3. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response email.
Always make sure to check your spam when waiting for a response.


 Any reports made after 24 hours of receiving your package will not be accepted.
